No. Browsing and sending an enquiry are free. Any brokerage is agreed between you and the agent you go ahead with, and each offer shows what the agent charges.
Owners often give the same home to several agents. We group those listings into one property so you can compare the offers instead of seeing the same flat many times.
Not at first. Agents see your first name. An agent who takes up your enquiry can then see your number, and you can tell them whether you’re okay to be called.
